This company technicians are very nice and super professional. They came to my store and change all the locks at a very good price and their job was well done. I highly recommend them.

Powerful Coconut

Look at the Yelp reviews people! This place will not be in business long with their current practices. I called for an appointment to pick the lock because my mom was in a car accident and I needed to get into her house because she has animals. The appointment was at 2 pm and the lady gave me a $50 estimate. I decided at about 12:30 I would give one of the windows one last try, and sure enough I was able to get through a bathroom window. I called this place at 1pm (an hour before my appointment) and said I would like to cancel my appointment, and the guy on the line says no problem, I will cancel it right now. I look at my bank account 2 hours later and they STILL charged me $50 to do NOTHING. I called the place back and asked to speak to a supervisor. A guy named Lee said he will have to listen to the phone recordings and give me a call back. I thought “okay, the phone recordings will prove that what I am saying is true” so I wasn’t stressing. I haven’t received a phone call from Lee, probably because he realized that they will need to give my money back. I am now disputing the charge with my bank. I was never once told they would charge my card even if I canceled an HOUR beforehand. Nobody came out to my house, nobody did anything, yet they charged my account for a service they never performed. If the charge was $10, I wouldn’t be so disgruntled- but $50!? That’s a week of groceries for me that they stole. These people are thief’s and I’m pretty sure most of these “good” google reviews are not legitimate. I am filing a claim with the BBB, and I will not be the first or last I am sure. Do not use these people for anything...

I found this company and not only excellent customer service, they have different options and very professional technicians. I ended up only re keying my lock instead of buying a whole new lock. I went here to make a couple copies of a key. They have a decent selection, including a couple super light options and one that plants a tree. They also give you a free third copy of a key when you pay for two, though you do not get to choose the appearance of the third key. I wish they would give you an option to customize the appearance of that third key for like $1 more - but regardless it's an accurate and reasonably priced little spot.
